Regeln und Richtlinien

These terms apply when you buy anything in Underground Evolution with real money. The seller is Cool Monkey Studios (company number 15481762, registered office 30b Wilds Rents, London, SE14QG, United Kingdom). They add to our terms of use.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy. If we close an account because it belongs to someone under 18, we refund what was bought on it.

What you buy

Gold packs and other items in our store are digital content: they exist only inside the game, have no value outside it and can't be exchanged for money. Gold buys convenience and looks, never power. What each pack contains is shown in the store before you pay. Its Gold, donator status and named items are always the same; some packs also contain a crate, whose contents are random (see Crates and odds below).

Crates and odds

Some packs contain a crate, and some crates can also be bought with game cash. Before you buy, the Crates page in the game lists every crate's full contents and the exact chance of each; the chances always add up to exactly 100%. A crate is opened on our servers, never in your browser, using a secure random number. Crates never contain Gold, other crates, weapons or vehicles. If the country you gave at sign-up bans paid loot boxes (for example Belgium and the Netherlands), or we have no country on file for you, a crate gives fixed, named contents instead, shown on the same page. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store, including any tax that applies. Payments are handled by PayPal: we never see your full card or bank details. We may change prices, but never for an order you have already paid for.

Delivery

Your purchase is delivered to your inventory as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If it hasn't arrived after an hour, contact us through the contact page with your order reference.

Your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Digital content is different: at checkout you tick a box asking us to deliver straight away and acknowledging that you lose the right to cancel once it is delivered. We can't take the order without it. We keep a record of when you ticked the box and the exact wording you saw, and your order page shows it. Until a purchase is delivered, you can still cancel it. None of this affects your rights if something is faulty.

Refunds

How to ask. In the game, open Your orders and choose Request a refund on the order, or write to us through the contact page with the order reference. We answer in the game within 5 working days.

When we refund. If what you bought didn't arrive, doesn't work as described, or you were charged twice, we fix it, deliver it again or refund you. A change of mind after delivery isn't covered once you have agreed to immediate delivery, but staff look at every request. If we close an account because it belongs to a minor (see Age above), everything bought on it is refunded.

What happens to a refunded purchase. It is taken back: unopened packs first, then the Gold that came out of opened ones, and any donator status it gave ends. Balances never go below zero: Gold you have already spent stays spent and is noted on the order. Asking for a refund, or getting one, never suspends your account.

How the money comes back. To the payment method you used, through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 working days of our decision.

Chargebacks and fraud

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card company (a chargeback), or a payment turns out to be fraudulent, we take back what it bought in the same way, and the account that paid is put on hold while we review the dispute. Please ask us for a refund first: it is quicker and never puts your account on hold.

Gifts

You can buy a pack for another player. It is delivered to them, and it is theirs from then on.
