Regeln und Richtlinien

These terms are between you and Cool Monkey Studios, a company registered in England und Wales (company number 15481762), registered office 30b Wilds Rents, London, SE14QG, United Kingdom ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You must be 18 or over to play or buy anything. When you sign up you give your date of birth and country, and they must be true. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund what was bought on it. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break the rules.

The game

The game, its money, Gold and items belong to us. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and we may change or rebalance them. We try to keep the game running but can't promise it will always be available.

Purchases

Gold and other purchases are digital content supplied immediately. By buying, you agree to that and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply has started. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if something is faulty. How to ask for a refund, and what happens to a refunded purchase, is in our terms of supply.

What you post

You keep the rights to what you write, and give us permission to show it in the game. Don't post anything unlawful or anything that breaks the rules; we may remove it.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we tell you in the game, show you what changed and ask you to accept the new terms before you play on; if you don't accept them, you can stop playing and ask us to close your account. The law of England and Wales applies; if you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you keep the protection of your own consumer law.
