Coming soon: weather, and the odd cold

Planned.

The city's weather is about to come alive: it changes through the day, differs a little from district to district and follows the seasons.

• Fog helps a burglar; rain thins the crowds a pickpocket needs.
• Stay out in the cold and you might catch something: nothing that puts you in hospital, but enough to slow you down. Rest, take something for it, or pay a doctor.
• The Evening Racket prints the forecast.
